The housing has a base element (14), an upper side (22), a front wall (18), a back wall (20) and two side walls (16,60). A fastening device fastens a mother board (28) of a computer (12) inside the housing (10). At least one opening (42) is provided in the upper side of the housing to receive and through which pass at least one input/output connecter panel (40) of the mother board. Independent claims also cover a computer with such a housing.
