A method and an apparatus for processing a call of an in-building communication system are provided to allow a subscriber participating in a group call to check information on a different subscriber participating in the group call through a short message. Terminals(100-1,110-1,110-2) provide a call request message according to subscriber's selection. A CA(Call Server)(130) sets a group call according to call request messages received from each terminal, and allows at least one or more terminals to participate in the group call. An MRS(Media Relay Server)(140) relays voice information received from an origination terminal participating in the group call to each terminal. |
