<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation load of a pointing device for a user. <P>SOLUTION: A cursor moving direction deciding part 103a decides the moving direction of a mouse cursor on a picture to a target object to be processed. A display object determining part 103b extracts a processing object for performing processing to the target object existing in the predetermined range of the moving direction destination of the mouse cursor decided by the cursor moving direction deciding part 103a. Then, a display position is decided so that the extracted processing object can be displayed in the neighborhood of the target object.
