PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display medium, method of creating composite image display data and image generation system in which truth/false can be easily determined by using various patterns as a latent image while reducing costs, time and the like. SOLUTION: The color image of printed matter 10 is comprised of a plurality of dots each including CMYK color elements (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) and being shaped elliptic with linearity. When such an image is watched using a lenticular lens 16, a moire pattern of thick longitudinal stripes corresponding to a display image and a moire pattern of thin and oblique stripes corresponding to a latent image appear.
