<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a steel sheet, wherein production efficiency can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: This method is a method of manufacturing the steel sheet which is used on a manufacturing line 100 which is provided with a rolling line 1 for rolling slabs 5a, 5a which are supplied to every block, a finishing line 2 which is arranged in the rear of the rolling line 1 and cooling beds 3a, 3b which are arranged between them. The manufacturing method of the steel sheet is provided with: a specifying stage where the combination of the order ofβ1,β2 ...βn is specified when expressing a block which is supplied to the rolling line 1 byβ1,β2 ...βn; a predicting stage where required time until the treatment in the finishing line 2 is ended to respective combinations specified in the specifying stage is predicted; an extracting stage where the minimum required time is extracted from among the required time predicted in the predicting stage; and a selecting stage where the order of the block the required time of which is the minimum required time extracted in the extracting stage is selected as the order of the block to be supplied to the rolling line 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
