<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a steel plate, which method can improve production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the steel plate is used in a manufacturing line comprising a first cooling bed, a second cooling bed, and a plurality of post-process finishing lines. Among a plurality of the post-processes, a first process has the longest required time, and a second process has the next longest required time. Further, when the steel plate to be discharged from the first cooling bed is designated as a first steel plate, the steel plate to be discharged from the second cooling bed is designated as a second steel plate, a processing time of the first steel plate in the first process is T11, a processing time of the first steel plate in the second process is T12, a processing time of the second steel plate in the first process is T21, and a processing time of the second steel plate in the second process is T22. The method for manufacturing the steel plate comprises a step for extracting the first process and the second process from a plurality of the processes, and a step for selecting the first steel plate or the second steel plate based on the processing time T11, T12, T21, T22 and for delivering the selected steel plate to the finishing line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
