<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep connection reliability and stability over long period of time by improving electrical connection reliability and stability between those connecting conductors in a wiring board equipped with upper side and lower side connecting conductors. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring board 3 comprises an insulating substrate 4; an upper side connecting conductor 50 having an exposed portion in the upper side of the insulating substrate 4; a lower side connecting conductor 51 having an exposed portion in the lower side of the insulating substrate 4; and a side conductor 52 arranged along a side of the insulating substrate 4 and connected to the upper side connecting conductor 50 and the lower side connecting conductor 51.
