PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting cup, preventing a misuse with a separating part not installed. SOLUTION: In the condition where a separating body 16 having the separating part 44 is not fitted to a dust collecting part body 15, an opening and closing lid 17 does not close a discarding opening 23. The condition where the opening and closing lid 17 does not close the discarding opening 23 informs a worker of that the separating body 44 is not fitted to the dust collecting part body 15, thereby preventing misuse of the dust collecting cup 3 in the state where the separating body 16 is not fitted to the dust collecting part body 15.
