PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-vehicle communication system by which a wireless communication terminal installed on a vehicle running on a road can transmit information items of a surrounding environment of the vehicle or abnormality information items on the occurrence of abnormality caused in the vehicle, or various information items provided from a base station in real time to another vehicle via the base station or directly.

SOLUTION: The wireless communication terminal (apparatus) comprising: a power supply section 20 being a self-standing type power supply provided with a solar battery 201 and a secondary battery 202: a sensor section 203 provided with an illuminance sensor or an acceleration sensor; a CPU control section 204 with analog/digital conversion ports onto which at least two kinds or more sensors can be mounted; a wireless section 205 using a very weak or specified low power radio and a Zigbee low power consumption radio; and an antenna section 206 is installed on the vehicle running on a road and executes multi-hop communication.
