PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sample warping by simultaneous normal winding of a plurality of warp yarns without producing a reversing phenomenon of arrangement order of the warp yarns on a warping drum and leasing bars and without causing problems of defective shedding of the warp yarns or pulling and breakage, etc., of the warp yarns in a weaving step of a post-process even when the number of the simultaneously warped yarns is large and to provide a sample warper. SOLUTION: The method for sample warping is carried out as follows. The warp yarns are wound around the warping drum so as to form a warp band composed of the number of the simultaneously warped yarns arranged with an interval of a distance R of a warping density from the warping direction to the opposite direction in the order of winding of the warp yarns wound onto the warping drum by returning a guide means with a pitch in the direction opposite to the warping direction of the distance R of the warping density every time each of the plurality of warp yarns successively wound onto the warping drum passes through the guide means during one rotation of each yarn guide.
