PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift device capable of reducing fatigue of an arm on the shift operation side of a driver in shift operation. SOLUTION: A convex part 2b having an inclined face 2c inclined so as to become low toward the rear side in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, is arranged in the vicinity of the shift lever 5 side between a shift lever 5 and a driver's seat of the vehicle. An inclined part 4a inclined to become low toward the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, is arranged on an upper surface of a shift knob 4. The convex part 2b is positioned under the inclined part 4a of the shift knob 4, and respective inclinations of the inclined face 2c and the inclined part 4a of the convex part 2b are set in substantially parallel.
