<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information-processing device which can reduce noise generated when a fan is started up. <P>SOLUTION: A fan-control part 23 supplies a cooling fan 21 with first-value control signals for rotating the cooling fan 21 at a prescribed rotational speed, which is larger than a target rotational speed, in a state in which the rotational speed of the cooling fan 21 is stopped. When the rotational speed of the cooling fan 21 is lower than the target rotational speed and attains to a prescribed rotational speed at which the cooling fan 21 can rotate at a constant rotational speed, the fan-control part supplies the cooling fan 21 with second-value control signals for rotating the cooling fan 21 at the target rotational speed. By this, the rotational speed of the cooling fan 21 smoothly increases from zero to the target rotational speed, and accordingly the noise generated when the fan is started up is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
