<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device which prevents interference between a part on the lid member side and a part on the subtank side and of which the height can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel pump of a pump module 30 is projected from a subtank 20 or a fuel filter to the flange 11 side, and is arranged by being eccentric to the axis of the subtank 20. Because of this, a space into which a float valve 41 can be inserted can be secured on the support 51 side where the distance between the subtank 20 and the fuel pump is large. Then a concavity 56, which is recessed to the opposite side to the flange 11, is formed on the flange 11 side of the support 51. Because of this, even when a rib 57 is added on the flange 11 side of the support 51 in order to enhance the strength of the support 51, the float valve 41 is housed in the concavity 56. Therefore, even when the flange 11 and the subtank 20 are arranged close to each other, the interference between the float valve 41 projected from the flange 11 to the subtank 20 side and the pump module 30 housed in the subtank 20 can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
