<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film and a container suitable to gas pack package which are excellent in tough rigidity and an impact resistance at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The composite film comprises a sealing layer, an intermittent layer and an outer layer, wherein a polyester type resin layer of 100-1,000μm of thickness is constructed in the intermittent layer and a polyethylene type resin layer of 0.88-0.92 g/cm<SP>3</SP>of density and 20-150μm of thickness is constructed in the outer layer.
