The single-use sampling and sensor unit (2) for the body fluids sampling device has a microneedle (3) attached to the center of the flexible membrane (4). A chemical sensor unit (5) is situated in the channel leading past the needle to the space under the membrane. The piston is released by a catch (7) and compresses air to push the membrane inward.
