摘要 A caliper structure for preventing the drag of a disk brake is provided to prevent drag phenomenon by forming an incline on the contact surface between a caliper and a piston of a disk brake, thereby occurring repulsive force against a caliper when applying pressure, and restoring a piston easily when releasing a brake. The caliper structure for preventing the drag of a disk brake is provided for preventing drag phenomenon caused by friction between a disk rotor and a brake pad caused by insufficient restoration of a piston when releasing a brake, wherein the inside(15) of a caliper(10) and the outside(23) and the inside(25) of a piston(20) facing the inside of the caliper are inclined downward at the appointed angle toward a brake pad, and a sealing member(30) is coupled vertically between the inside of the caliper and the outside of the piston to restore the piston, so that the piston is restored without defects by forming an incline and using the elastic force of the sealing member.
