Steering system for a vehicle

The system has a track guiding system (24) that determines a driving route and causes an automatic steering of a vehicle by data processing units (16, 27, 31). The track guiding system has driving route detecting systems (23, 25) e.g. global positioning system (GPS) based-driving route detecting system and three dimensional(3D)- camera based-driving route detecting system, that are coupled by the data processing units. A controller (32) defines the regulation criteria for switching between the driving route detecting systems based on the structure of the territory by an operator.
