<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bait coagulated into hardness with which the bait as raw it is without heating does not drop from a fishhook. <P>SOLUTION: This bait is obtained by crushing a main raw material comprising guts of e.g. squid in a mince-like shape, and coagulating the product to appropriate hardness through admixing a proper quantity each of a water adjusting agent and an insoluble coagulating agent having no taste or odor. As a result, the bait emanates natural odor and fat content from guts of e.g. raw squid into water to collect fish, melts in water without departing from the fishhook, and becomes stably preservable without putrefaction for a long period through low temperature preservation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
