FIELD: binders used for making abrasive parts and tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: binder is formed during process of treating hydrocarbon gas in pyrolysis condition inside pores of blank of abrasive product. Binder contains, mass%: technical carbon, 0.01 - 3 %; pyrocarbon or pyrocarbon with fibrous carbon, the balance.
