FIELD: the invention refers to machine building and may be used in quality of an adapter for a polished rod of the rocker of a sucker-rod pump. ^ SUBSTANCE: the casing head stuffing box has a body, in which there are spacing washers and a split seal cup, and also sealing surfaces of sliding of the casing head stuffing box. The spacing wafers are fulfilled in the shape of bushings with the form of a rectangular triangle in the sections on the ends and with radiuses on the tops. The split seal cup is fulfilled with ring grooves on the faces and is installed between the spacing bushings for interaction with the sliding surfaces of the polished rod at influencing of the conical surfaces of the spacing bushings through the ring grooves on the corresponding surfaces of the cap. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to increase longevity of the cups, reduce the element base of the construction, provides reducing men-hours at servicing wells equipped with pumping units. ^ 1 dwg |
