The motor has several pairs of poles at a stator (11) such that each pole of the stator only forms a single tooth, and a rotor. The rotor has a magnetic permanent magnet axially inserted between two semi-rotors (13) having teeth (14). The number of teeth (Nr) is defined as (2n+1)xP, if P is a number of pairs of the poles by stator phase, where n is an integer. Electric bobbins (16) are arranged by the poles alternatively pertaining to each of the phases.
