A communication method of a Bluetooth mobile communication terminal using an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and a device thereof are provided to realize automatic pairing/connection or data selection/transmission through information of an RFID tag by mounting the RFID tag on a Bluetooth device as equipping an RFID reader in the Bluetooth mobile communication terminal. It is decided whether an RFID tag attached to a Bluetooth device accesses an RFID reader mounted on a Bluetooth mobile communication terminal(S410). If so, the RFID reader identifies the RFID tag(S420). A pairing/connection process is automatically performed(S430). It is decided whether another information except information on the pairing/connection is additionally included(S440). If so, an operation in accordance with the additional information is executed(S450). Communication between the Bluetooth terminal and the Bluetooth device is carried out(S460).
