The hook (12) has fixed and movable parts (14, 16) of which the part (16) rotates around an axle hinge (36), forming connection between the parts, for allowing a passage of the hook from a utilization position to a load releasing position, where the hook is formed by molding into a single piece. The parts are parallel in the utilization position and extend along a longitudinal direction in the releasing position. The hinge is formed by a folding plane between the parts. The part (14) has a slit (30) receiving an elastic strap (20) to integrate the hook with a boot of a vehicle.
