A flow control valve for a heating system is provided to easily perform flow rate control for each room, and shorten the valve on/off control time. A flow control valve(10) for a heating system comprises a valve body(20), a lower member(40), a diaphragm(60), and an auxiliary valve(50). The valve body has an interior with a pressure chamber for introduction of fluid, and has one side with a connection path(22) communicated to the pressure chamber and an outlet port for discharging the fluid introduced through the connection path. The lower member is assembled beneath the valve body, and has an upper surface where a shielding wall(43) is protruded and one side with an inlet port(44) for introduction of the fluid discharged through the outlet port. The diaphragm is fixed between the valve body and the lower member so that the diaphragm is movable in an upward direction. The auxiliary valve selectively opens the connection path so as to reduce the pressure in the pressure chamber.
