A microphone, and an apparatus and a method for controlling the same are provided to be adapted for various functions through one microphone by adjusting directivity to omni-directivity or a uni-directivity. A microphone includes a vibration plate(101), a front panel(102), a rear panel(103), and a motor(104). The rear panel(103) blocks a rear plane of the vibration plate(101) to receive a voice at a predetermined distance. A hole is formed on the rear panel(103) to vary a size of the hole. A plurality of plates(wings) are folded in a fan shape. The size of the hole is adjusted by rotating the wings at a predetermined angle and adjusting an overlapped part. The motor(104) rotates each wing of the rear panel(103). A motion transfer unit drives each wing by transferring a rotation force of the motor(104). The hole is formed on a central part of the rear panel(103). |
