HIGH SPEED PIPE CLEANING AND LINING METHOD WITH CERAMIC PAINT

A high speed pipe rehabilitating method using a ceramic paint is provided to clean the inner surface of the pipe by using the abrasive mixed with the sand and the steel powder and to prevent the dust from being flown by recovering the impurities through the first and second dust collecting devices. A high speed pipe rehabilitating method using a ceramic paint is composed of a drying process of drying the inside of the pipe; a cleaning process of injecting the abrasive in the pipe by using the compressive air and removing the rust and the scale; and a lining process of injecting the epoxy resin mixed with the main material and the hardening agent in the pipe and forming the film. A nitrogen gas is inserted in the main material and the hardening agent in the lining process. The ceramic paint is formed with the bisphenol-F and the poly amide.
