<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center crank eccentric rocking type reduction gear wherein the usable area of a hollow hole is made wider than in the prior art while suppressing generation of noises which are greater than those in the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: The eccentric rocking reduction gear 100 comprises a case 110 having internal teeth 111, a hollow crank shaft 120 having an external gear 123 and arranged at the approximate middle of the internal teeth 111 for rotating motion relative to the case 110, external toothed gears 131, 132 having external teeth 131a, 132a meshing with the internal teeth 111 for engaging with the crank shaft 120 which gives eccentric motion thereto, a carrier 140 for engaging with the external toothed gears 131, 132 which give rotating motion relative to the case 110 thereto, and a transmission gear 160 meshing with an input gear 150 mounted on an output shaft 41 of a motor 40 and with the external gear 123 for transmitting power from the input gear 150 to the external gear 123.
