PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module that is small and lightweighted, and eliminates the influence of leaked light from an optical sensor despite its small size. SOLUTION: A light shielding wall 41g is erected on an inner wall in the vicinity of an opening 41f for fixing an optical sensor 16 of a second housing 41 so that the light shielding wall 41g is not made contact with a cylindrical cam 30. Alternatively, an elastic member 41h adhers on the inner wall in the vicinity of the opening 41f for fixing the optical sensor 16 of the second housing 41, and the opposite side end of the elastic member 41h adhering on the second housing 41 is made contact with the cylindrical cam 30.
