The method involves transferring one of pre-forms to a rotary blow wheel according to thermal conditioning of a heating section. One of the pre-forms is re-casted in a container by a blowing pressure effect. The transferring of the pre-forms from the heating section to the blow wheel is implemented using a rotary transfer wheel (40) that is provided with support arms. The transfer wheel is operated additionally for transferring of the pre-forms to the blow wheel and removing of the blown container from the blow wheel by the arms that are provided with two retaining units. The per-forms are made of thermoplastic material such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) and polypropylene (PP). An independent claim is also included for a device for blow molding of containers.
