PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water coater which prevents the worsening of washing conditions of a material to be washed and aims at the reduction of washing water and waste water treatment cost by preventing the deposition of scale on the washing water discharging port of a coating nozzle and inhibiting the growth of algae, thereby preventing the cloggings of the coating nozzle. SOLUTION: In the washing water coater comprised of a water feeding part 3 to send out the water to be washed, a coating part 1 equipped with the coating nozzle 11 to apply the washing water to the material to be washed and a piping part 2 between the water feeding part 3 and the coating part 1 to supply the washing water sent out from the water feeding part 3 to the coating part 1, it is characterized by installing a magnetizing part 4 having a pair of magnets 17, which are arranged at four or more places on almost the same circumference around the piping of the piping part 2, installed at two or more positions translated to the longitudinal direction of the piping.
