PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic scanning method and an ultrasonographic apparatus, improving at least a frame rate or sound ray density. SOLUTION: This ultrasonographic apparatus includes: an ultrasonic probe; a scanning means for driving the ultrasonic probe to scan a scanned surface for obtaining one ultrasonic image with two ultrasonic beams different in sound ray direction concurrently; and a phase split means for shifting the respective ultrasonic beams out of phase by 90 degrees not to interfere with each other.
