PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict users' housing-related characteristics to increase a construction-order receiving rate and improve the degree of users's satisfaction.

SOLUTION: A housing equipment and building material proposal system is provided with; an inputting means 5a to which life-style data based on customers' opinions are inputted; a concept extraction means 5c which extracts concepts relating to the customers' life styles based on the life-style data; a storage means 7a in which housing equipment and building materials to be dealt are classified according to the respective concepts and stored; and a housing equipment and building material extraction means 7b which extracts housing equipment and building materials, which have the concepts extracted by the concept extraction means 5c, from the storage means 7a.
