摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting diode device which can not only maintain a structural integrity but also can effectively improve a production yield. SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting diode device has a lower electrode on an upper surface of a color filter and a barrier layer is not placed inside the color filter and a lower electrode is placed direct on the upper surface of an overcoat layer of the color filter. A preventive layer is added between the lower layer and the overcoat layer and a connection between the lower layer and the color filter becomes more effective. Furthermore, a situation where the barrier layer bursts does not occur and a structural completeness of the LED device can not only be maintained effectively but also a production yield of the LED device can be improved.
