PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate an armature by eliminating influence of foreign matter produced on contact surfaces of the armature and an iron core even when a driving voltage of an electromagnet block is small. SOLUTION: The electromagnet block 2 composed by winding a coil 7 around the iron core 17 is magnetized/demagnetized to attract/separate an attraction surface 12 of the armature 11 to/from a magnetic pole surface 8 of the iron core 5, whereby a contact block 3 is driven to open/close contacts. A foreign matter evacuation part 13 is formed at least either of the attraction surface 12 of the armature 11 and the magnetic pole surface 8 of the iron core 17. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
