The brake has an actuator (2), a lever apparatus (7) and a control wire (12), which is connected with a brake unit of the brake and the lever apparatus. The lever apparatus is operated by the actuator and exerts a force on the control wire, where the force is transferred from the control wire to the brake unit and brings the brake unit into a parking brake position. Guide rollers are arranged between two sides (8, 9) of the lever apparatus and the control wire and are rotatably arranged in the sides. An independent claim is also included for a brake system of a vehicle with a parking brake.
