Use of a glycol based lubricant for: steam power machines, motors operated with hydrogen and water impact machine, which functions such that the water enters automatically into the lubricant circulation that is obtained completely or partly from glycerin, lower chain polyglycol from 100% ethylene oxide and hydroxy-terminal group (triol) and with an average molecular weight of 360-1000 g/mol.
