Use of an oligonucleotide array (A) comprising nuclease-substrate oligonucleotides (ON1) or ribonuclease-substrate oligonucleotides (ON2) for optimizing expression of at least one gene, depending on: (a) the profile, in target cells, of active nucleases and ribonucleases; and (b) codon usage in the target cells.
