PURPOSE:To monitor the soundness in the operation of a control valve by detecting the oscillations, sounds, etc. generated from the inside of said valve continuously. CONSTITUTION:The oscillations of a control valve 1 of the case in which fluid flows in a piping 2 through a control valve 1 are detected with an oscillation detector 3 and are converted to an electric signal which is applied via an amplifier 5 and a range selector 6 to an abnormal oscillation alarming device 7 and a voice generator 8. In the device 7, the electric signal of only the optimum monitoring frequency band is passed by a band pass filter 9, and after the signal is detected with a detector 10, said signal is applied to an alarm setter 11. When the signal exceeds the preset level in the setter 11, an alarm signal is outputted and is applied via an alarm relay 12 to an alarm device 13. In the generator 8, the magnitude of the output of the detector 10 is controlled automatically and the output thereof is inputted to a speaker 19 which produces the voices for the state of the valve 1. The voices are inputted to and recorded by a tape recorder 18. |
