Rotary IC engine with triangular piston - has auxiliary shaft for oil system at angle to major axis of trochoidal cylinder

The engine has a triangular piston revolving eccentrically in a trochoidal cylinder. The piston drives the main shaft (9) through a planet type gear. The shaft carries a pulley from which there is a belt drive (13) to an electrical generator (14) and a cooling water pump (15). A worm and wheel gear (16, 17) drives an auxiliary shaft (18) from the main shaft (9). The auxiliary shaft (18) is inclined at an angle between 7 deg. and 15 deg. to the major axis of the cylinder. One end of it drives and oil pump (21) and the other end drives a lubricator (20). The inclination of the shaft results in a more compact overall arrangement.
