A laces tying device comprises a body ( 2 ) provided with one or more apertures ( 3 ) which receive the ends of a lace to be tied and with readily-releasable fastening means to fasten the ends of the lace in the apertures ( 3 ) of the body ( 2 ), and clip means ( 4 ) comprising a retaining arm mounted on a springloaded hinge provided on the surface of the body ( 2 ), the retaining arm serving to retain overlapped portions of the lace which, in use, extend from the apertures ( 3 ). |
