Provided are an apparatus for manufacturing a roll type gangjeong(a glutinous rice cracker frizzled in oil) for massive production and a method for manufacturing the roll type gangjeong by using the apparatus. The apparatus comprises a gangjeong source material container; a starch syrup container; a mixing container which mixes the source materials supplied from the gangjeong source material container and the starch syrup container; a transfer device which is provided with a transfer roller(7) and a transfer belt(6) at the lower part and has the rim formed by a supply roller at the front part; and a molding device(11) which molds the gangjeong mixture supplied by the transfer device between an upper roller(12) and a lower roller(13).
