PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device accomplishing three-dimensional conveying while having function similar to a present traveling body and maintaining a conveying tray in the horizontal state. SOLUTION: A conveying rail 1 is provided with reference planes 11a, 12a for restriction a traveling position of the traveling body 2. The traveling body 2 is provided with a body part having wheels 21, 22 rolling on the reference plane of the conveying rail; a pivot body 41 pivotably supported on the body part; and a conveying tray strut 42 standingly provided on the pivot body and having an upper end connected with the conveying tray 4. An arm 44 projected outward of the body part of the traveling body is provided at a pivoting side of the pivot body and restriction rails 6, 7 for restricting height of the arm are provided along the conveying rail.
