PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse-collecting vehicle capable of surely pushing refuse into a refuse storage box and capable of improving refuse storage efficiency. SOLUTION: This refuse-collecting vehicle is provided with a loading device having a pushing plate 8 and loading the refuse thrown into a refuse throw-in box to the refuse storage box, and a delivery device equipped with a delivery plate 18 capable of compressing the refuse between the pushing plate 8 and it. The refuse-collecting vehicle is further provided with a pressure sensor for detecting the loading load by the refuse, and a position sensor for detecting a pushing motion position of the pushing plate 8. The movement amount of the delivery plate 18 to the vehicle forward direction is varied based on the pushing motion position of the pushing plate 8 when the pressure sensor detects the predetermined loading load. The movement amount is enlarged when the pushing motion position of the pushing pate 8 is in the initial stage of the pushing motion, and is reduced when the pushing motion position of the pushing plate 8 is in the final stage.
