PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with a rotary pedal by which a user can substantially unconsciously carry out exercise such as cycling exercise in a relaxed condition by greatly reducing load while doing other operation. SOLUTION: The chair with the rotary pedal is equipped with a chair section 12 mounted on a base 11, a seat section oscillating unit 27 oscillating a seat section 14, a hand rail driving section 36 arranged on the rear side of the chair section 12, a pedal unit 53 arranged in the front side of the chair section 12, and a table section 61 raised on the pedal unit. A sitter sitting on the seat section automatically falls in a condition that he or she works pedals by the pedal unit by putting both feet on a pair of left and right pedal parts while doing other works such as a desk work, his or her hands are oscillated forward and rearward in a natural condition by the hand rail driving section 36 by putting both hands on a hand rail section, the seat section is slowly reciprocatingly turned in a left and right direction by a predetermined angle around the center by the seat section oscillating unit 27, and the waist portion of the sitter is lightly twisted in a left and right direction.
