<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deceleration controller for a hybrid car which can decelerate or stop the vehicle safely by suppressing the drop of braking performance even at defect of a brake assist means. <P>SOLUTION: In the deceleration controller for a hybrid car which has an engine and at least one motor as power sources and is equipped with a deceleration control means which materializes requested deceleration by the operation command to the brake assist means, to the deceleration request operation of a driver, a brake assist defect detecting means (step S1), which detects the defect of the above brake assist means, is provided, and the deceleration control means serves as a means which executes engine brake that materializes the deceleration requested by the driver and motor regeneration at defect of the above brake assist means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
