PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner member capable of being mounted to a corner section so as not to expose a fixed screw to the external appearance in a state to leave a part covering the front and the internal side of the corner section as it is and also absorbing working variations in the end sections of longer members. SOLUTION: The corner member 1 is equipped with plane-shaped corner front plate 11 and corner back plate 12 adjusted to the corner section and a corner internal side plate 13 bridging the corner front plate 11 and the corner back plate 12 in each of internal corner end edges, the end sections of the longer members 2a and 2b can be inserted into insertion ports 14a and 14b formed between the corner front plate 11 and the corner back plate 12, the fronts of the end sections of the inserted longer members 2a and 2b are covered by the corner front plate 11, end section inner side is covered by the corner internal side plate 13 and a projected corner end edge of the corner back plate 12 is further projected outward than a projected corner end edge of the corner front plate 11, and a screw can be fastened by a projected plate section 12c of the corner back plate 12.
