An electronic device (A 1 ) is a liquid crystal display incorporated in a mobile phone, for example. The light shielding tape ( 41 ) is provided with an indication of information ( 51 ) regarding the electronic device (A 1 ). The information ( 51 ) is a lot number of the electronic device (A 1 ), for example. Thus, the light shielding tape ( 41 ) has two functions, i.e. a light shielding function and an information displaying function.
