A light-emitting unit is provided to disperse projected light on the surface of a lens by matte-processing the surface of the lens to reduce a ring-shaped bright line generated when the surface of the lens is polished. A light-emitting unit includes a base(31), a light-emitting diode(40) that is mounted on the base and emits light, a cup member(35) formed on the base and located around the light-emitting diode, and a lens(50) that is located on the base, refracts and transmits light. The surface of the lens is matte-processed such that light emitted from the light-emitting diode and transmitting the lens is dispersed on the surface of the lens. |
