PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of adjusting the height of a seat rear end when storing the seat with a simple configuration, and setting the storage condition of the seat to a baggage to be loaded. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat has a structure, in which a rear seat S is provided on a rear floor 22 located on an upper stage in a cabin, a front portion of a seat cushion 1 of the rear seat S is turnably supported by a front floor 21 located on a lower stage by a supporting leg part 10, and the rear seat is placed on the front floor 21 and stored by turning and tilting the rear seat S forward of the vehicle while a seatback 2 of the rear seat S overlaps the seat cushion 1. A height-adjustable shock-absorbing member 15 is arranged on the front floor 21 side of the seat cushion 1, and the shock-absorbing member 15 is abutted on the front floor 21 side and supported during the storage.
