PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose scrap dismantling machine, suitable for scrap dismantling work for various kinds of waste such as building waste and piping waste as well as discarded automobiles. SOLUTION: This scrap dismantling machine includes: a cutting pliers for scrap dismantling work, which is fitted to the leading end of a hydraulic boom mounted on a self-propelled vehicle and operated to open and close by remote operation; and a pair of right and left working arms installed on the front or the rear of the vehicle, and to be driven in a derricking manner and driven to open and close. In the scrap dismantling machine, cutting scissors for cutting scrap objects are provided in a position rather closer to an arm pivot fulcrum of a pair of working arms, and the cutting scissors includes: a pair of cutting scissors; a scissors blade pivotal support shaft pivotally connecting each of the paired cutting scissors blades to the vehicle body at one end rather closer to the arm fulcrum of the paired working arms; and a pair of link levers pivotally connecting the other ends of the paired cutting scissors blades and each of the paired working arms to each other.
